• Pre-recorded Video Courses: Standard video training available for individual purchase at fixed prices.

• Custom Video Content: Tailored video content provided based on individual requests, quotes, and specific pricing.

• Free Short Tutorials: Complimentary preview or educational videos offered for promotional purposes.

• Support: We do not offer live classes or 1-on-1 mentorship sessions. However, registered buyers may submit written questions regarding course materials directly to our support email addresses.

• One-Time Purchase: Courses are sold individually as single digital products. There are no recurring subscription fees or hidden costs.

• Lifetime Access: Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime, non-exclusive access to stream your purchased video content on this platform for as long as the platform remains active.

• No Free Trial: Paid courses do not include a free trial period.

• 24-Hour Limited Cancellation Period: Due to the immediate availability of digital streaming content, purchases are generally final. However, we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the exact time of purchase, provided that you have watched or streamed less than 15% of the total course video content.

• Custom Content: Custom-made video orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

• How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of purchase to your corresponding operator (info@brillbird.co.nz for NZ orders, info@brillbird.com.au for AU orders) along with your transaction details.

• Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) / Fair Trading Act.

• All content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the operators.

• No Downloads: Videos are provided exclusively via online streaming. Downloading, capturing, recording, or extracting video files by any means is strictly prohibited.

• Personal Use Only: Access is licensed exclusively to the individual purchaser.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not:
  Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any course material or account login credentials to any third party. Facilitate group viewings, classroom broadcasts, or public screenings without prior written authorization.

• Violations: Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may subject you to legal proceedings for copyright infringement.

• Educational Purpose: All materials are provided for educational and skill-development purposes only. We do not guarantee specific professional, commercial, or financial results.

• Technical Disruptions: We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or access delays caused by third-party infrastructure, including Wix Studio server downtime or local internet provider issues.

• New Zealand Customers: Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

• Australian Customers: Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
